OPERATING SUPPORT
Through the Philadelphia’s Cultural Treasures initiative, 16 arts and culture organizations were awarded multi-year general operating grants in recognition of their important and enduring contributions to Philadelphia and its residents.
Each organization applied through a two-phase review process, which included submission of an initial Letter of Interest (LOI) then a full application.
LOIs and applications were thoroughly reviewed by independent panels of local leaders and community members with a range of knowledge and work reflecting diverse neighborhoods in the City of Philadelphia, the arts and culture field, and civic participation.

The following organizations have been selected to receive a total of $6.1M in unrestricted general operating support over a four-year period.
